Basic Requirements For Structural Design

  • Bend the ear opening as far as possible according to the size of the stock
  • The opening of the shell with heat dissipation teeth should be careful, which will affect the installation of the joint.
  • There are three types of panel mounting screws: M2.5, M3, and M4 according to the bottom hole of the housing.
  • The one-piece J series generally cannot use riveting studs to install the circuit board, and copper studs are recommended.
  • For the split type H series, pay attention to the installation line on the side when opening holes on the side.



Surface Treatment Precautions

  • Surface treatment includes: sandblasting, brushing, oxidation coloring.
  • Sandblasting: there are ordinary, fine sandblasting (expensive)
  • Oxidation colors: black, silver white, iron gray, and others, gold, blue, red.
  • The oxide layer will be insulating, requiring electromagnetic shielding, and requiring electrical conduction to remove the oxide layer in key places, laser removal, or milling.
  • The silver-white oxide surface can be laser black, but it should be marked in the oxidation diagram, because laser black requires a thick (expensive) oxide layer. Moreover, the laser black time is long, and the pattern cannot be large.


 

Processing Technology Characteristics

  • The stock baffle generally has a die, and the shape has changed. It is necessary to remind the engineering drawing to indicate it (pay attention to the bending baffle).

  • Screw holes, through holes check customer requirements, recommend customers to adopt the company's standard (cost saving, fast delivery).

  • The spot opening is processed by cnc (milling), and the minimum inner fillet is R1.

  • For large quantities of baffles, it is recommended to open the die, and there will be small rounded corners. For small and medium batches (hundreds of pieces) laser cutting, square holes can be at right angles.

  • For the deformed shell, the shape correction process can be added.
